💌 A Letter for My Valentine 💌
My love,
Right now, you're in Thailand, soaking up the sun (erm apparently not so well), living your best life, and leaving me here to suffer without you. But it’s okay, I’ll allow it, just this once. Even though we’re not spending Valentine’s Day together, it doesn’t matter. Because Valentine’s Day isn’t just about February 14th for me, it’s about every single day I get to love you. We’ll celebrate our own way, on our own time, and honestly, that makes it even more special. And anyway, we have something even bigger coming up, May 1st, our 2 year anniversary.
Two years, Eleana. Two years of loving you, laughing with you, missing you, wanting you. Two years of growing together, making memories, and knowing, without a doubt, that I never want this to end.
From the moment we started talking, something about you felt different. It wasn’t just excitement, it was this deep, undeniable pull. Like I had finally met the person who was about to change my life forever.
Every memory with you feels like a scene from the kind of love story people only dream about. The way we went from just two people in the same school to something so real, so deep, still amazes me. Loving you is effortless. It’s the best, most natural thing in my life. You make everything brighter, your laugh, your smile, your ridiculously awful jokes, the way you get excited over the smallest things. You are the most incredible person I’ve ever met, and I don’t say that lightly.
I know being apart has been tough, but there’s nothing in this world that could make me stop loving you. You are my person, Eleana. No matter where life takes us, no matter how many miles there are between us, you will always be the one I want. The one I will always choose.
So here’s to us, to every memory we’ve made, and to every future we have yet to create. To the life we’re going to build together.
I love you. Today, tomorrow, and always.
